Owner/Director

I am a licensed family child care provider in the State of New Jersey, meeting the Requirements for Family Child Care Registration (N.J.A.C. 3A:54). With over 20 years of experience in childcare and education, I am passionate about creating nurturing, engaging environments where children learn through their senses, play, exploration, and age-appropriate guided instruction. I currently operate Tiny Hands & Laughter, the first in-home child care program in Cape May County enrolled in Grow NJ Kids—New Jersey’s quality rating and improvement system for early childhood programs.

I believe that early childhood education should support not only cognitive development but also emotional and mental well-being. I am deeply committed to promoting youth mental health by fostering safe, supportive spaces where children feel seen, heard, and valued. My goal is to support every child’s development with warmth, intention, and joy.

I hold a Master’s degree in Education and have a deep passion for teaching and nurturing young minds. As an experienced elementary teacher, I’m committed to creating engaging, supportive learning environments where children thrive. I currently teach at an elementary school, and work with Tiny Hands and Laughter Family Child Care, where I bring creativity, care, and intentional instruction to every child’s day. Teaching isn’t just my profession—it’s my calling.
